At Capper & Jones we offer some services at fixed prices.  A list of these charges is set out below but is not exhaustive and could be subject to change if we feel the work to be undertaken falls outside the scope of the fixed price.

Independent legal advice in respect of a mortgage or legal charge (including witnessing documents other than oaths/affidavits/statutory declarations)

Initial advice appointment for property and conveyancing matters

Initial advice appointment for matrimonial, family matters, children issues/contact etc

Initial advice appointment Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney matters

Lasting Power of Attorney (Property & Finance or Health & Welfare) for a single person

£350 plus VAT (plus £82 registration fee)

Lasting Power of Attorney (Property & Finance and Health & Welfare) for a single person

£500 (plus £82 registration fee x 2)

Lasting Power of Attorney (Property & Finance or Health & Welfare for a married couple
